We accept deposits on kittens between 4 & 6 weeks of age. Once a deposit as been recieved that kitten will no longer be offered for sale to the public. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and are considered payment for Boarding, Grooming and lost opprotunities should the buyer back out of the sale. Should we the breeder back out of the sale for what ever reason then either the deposit will be transfered to another kitten of buyers choice or will be refunded, however this choice is the breeders choice to be made.
Deposits are taken on a first come first serve basis, should we recieve more then 1 deposit on the same kitten, the other buyers will be notified that they were not the first to place the deposit and will be given the choice of transfering to anohter kitten or being refunded their deposit.
We have the right to refuse to sale to anyone for any reason, should you have a deposit pending and we decide not to place a kitten with you, then your deposit will be fully refunded within 30 days of notifying buyer of our decision.
We also offer a waiting list which allows you to be one of the first notified when a litter is born before those kittens are offered to the public. You simply need to fill out a kitten request and send it to us, telling us what you are looking for, also please be sure to tell us something about yourself, family, other household pets and the type of home you would be providing for one of our babies. We notify those on our waiting list on a first come first serve basis.
We offer two kinds of waiting lists, you can either be put on a waiting list for any litter of kittens or you can be put on a waiting list for a specific litter.
